    How long will it take for my order to arrive?

      • Most US based orders are shipped directly from our warehouse within 24-72 hours for your convenience and maximum efficiency.
      • The only downside of our service is our product is so ūüĒ•HOTūüĒ• And normally out of stock in US warehouse. Don't worry, we have backup storage in Asia and will ship your product directly from our warehouse if needed and your order will arrive within 2¬†to 4 Weeks (US Only). Your time is invaluable, we won't waste it.
      • For worldwide (non-US) customer. Your product will arrive within 2-5 weeks depends on your shipping address.
    How do I track my order?
      • You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped out. Please allow at least¬†48 hours after an order has been shipped for tracking details to register on the system.
      • If you believe you may have entered your email incorrectly, please contact us at¬†support@zemola.com and we will fix it for you.
    Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
      • Please check to make sure you entered the correct email address when placing your order. Throughout the process we send 3-4 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice.
      • If you believe you may have entered your email incorrectly, please contact us at¬†support@zemola.com and we will fix it for you.
      What is your refund policy?
      • We offer a 30-day¬†money back¬†guarantee if you're not satisfied with your order. Alternatively, we can also send out a replacement if there is a problem with the product you received.
      • If you no longer want your order for any reason whatsoever, you can return the order to us for a¬†full refund¬†excluding any shipping costs within 30 days of purchase.
      • We strive for a¬†100% satisfaction shopping experience, if there are any issues at all, please get in touch with us. We will endeavor to resolve any problems or queries that may arise.
      I entered my address wrong! Can you please change it?
      • Yes! If you contact us within¬†24 hours we can change your order once you provide us with the correct address. Otherwise, we do not accept responsibility for wrong addresses. Please enter your address carefully at checkout.
